Ashton Blaise Whitty born October 1st, 1995, in Berkeley California USA. Her work includes actress in Choices (2010). The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2007) as well as Chrissie mayr's Content House 2022.
Asia Argento began her career as an actress as an actress in Rome. The family she is from also comprises of film makers. When she was nine, she made her acting debut in the film of Sergio Citti, Sogni e Bisogni. The year 1988 was the time she was cast in the role of lead in the first feature of Cristina Comencini's film Zoo. She was also one of Michele's cast in The Church. Red Wood Pigeon, the film that she played Nanni Moretti's little daughter came out a year after. It is Close Friends by Michele Placido which saw Asia's acting career take off. This movie received a positive reception in the Cannes International Film Festival. In Trauma she acted for the first time with her father, the renowned Italian horror director Dario Argento Her mother is one of his favorite actors, Daria Nicolodi, playing an anorexic girl in search for her parents' killer. Asia's intense and absorbed performance style was utilized in the film Condannato a nozze. She co-starred with Carlo Verdone in Perdiamoci di perspective as Arianna, a girl who was physically handicapped. The complex and demanding part earned her a David di Donatello award for Best actor. In 1995 she worked with Michel Piccoli in Peter Del Monte's Compagna di viaggio which again brought her a David diDonatello and a Grolla oro. Asia began acting as a profession in 1994 and produced two shorts, an episode of De Generazione. The following year, 1996, Asia made a document on her father. Then, in 1998, Asia created a feature-length film about Abel Ferrara (AbelAsia), which was recognized with an award at the Rome Film Festival. Asia's first feature-length film directed by her was Scarlet Diva with the film in which she starred as the lead actress and wrote the screenplay. The film premiered on May 20, 2000 across Italy as well as in various several other nations. The film was awarded an award during the Williamsburg Film Festival in Brooklyn, New York.
